Does sending an estimate request book a slot?
No, the estimate form, a call or a WhatsApp message starts a conversation, not a booking. You are under no obligation to go ahead after receiving an estimate.
A booking is confirmed only when we agree a date and the work with you.
How does pickup and drop off work?
Free pickup and drop off (by driver only, with service contract) is available to customers who hold a service contract with us.
What should you remove from your car before a job?
Please remove personal items before handing over the car.
What happens if you are not happy with the work?
Tell us as soon as possible, ideally before you leave with the car, so we can look at it together.
