What information does the estimate form collect?
The form asks for your name, your mobile number, the service you need and, if you choose, your car’s make and model. It also records which page you sent it from and the time you sent it.
These details go straight to our team’s inbox as an email, sent through our email provider. We use them only to reply to your request with an estimate.
The website itself neither stores nor logs the details you enter in the form. A copy exists only in the email we receive.
What happens when you phone us or use WhatsApp?
Phone links open your device’s dialler, and the call works like any ordinary phone call. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, a service run by Meta, so its own privacy terms apply to those messages.
We see the number and the messages you choose to send. We use them only to answer your enquiry and arrange any work.
Which analytics and advertising tools does the site use?
The live website uses Google Analytics, which counts visits and shows which pages people read. It also uses Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that loads other measurement tags. The Meta Pixel helps us understand how people find us from Meta’s apps, such as Facebook and Instagram.
